English law governs these terms and conditions and your
use of our website and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Flameworld Ltd. reserve the right to change prices listed
without notice. All orders are subject to availability and Flameworld Ltd. reserves
the right to decline to supply any individual or company.
In instances when no postcode or inadequate address
details are provided, Flameworld Ltd. does not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.
No responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery
due to strikes, riots or other disruptions.
This website and our terms and conditions have been
designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to
supply products to outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied,
that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from
outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly,
any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Flameworld Ltd.
for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed
and despatched and the goods have been adopted. This does not affect the customer's
statutory rights.
Delivery schedule - we will normally send your order
to you within 5 working days depending on stock. International orders are generally
dispatched in less than 21 days.
Back orders - If any item within the order is un-available
and has to be back ordered, we will attempt to contact you to advise of the estimated
delay in shipping the order. At your request, orders maybe part shipped although each
shipment may incur separate postage and packing charges.
Returns policy - to return an item from your order please
return the item in its original packaging to the Flameworld postal address stated
in the Contact Us section of the web site. Alternatively you may email us at sales@flameworld.com
or contact us on 01992 524342 for return details. Notification to Flameworld of a
return must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Please remember to obtain proof
of posting, as responsibility cannot be accepted for returned items lost in transit.
Please note that we do not refund postage and packing costs. We will replace faulty
goods on their return.
